Issuance of the card
Limited liability company MPM to which Cosmetics-market belongs, a range of commercial facilities, issues Cosmetics-market Beauty Friend card. The card is in the ownership of MPM. The issuance of this card is free of charge, after completing an application form for inssuance of the card in any of the Cosmetics-market commercial facility or via web site www.cosmetics-market.com.  Beauty Friend card is issued for unlimited period of time and it is valid till the moment of its cancellation.
Beauty Friend card is not a method of payment. The application form for the issuance of the card is not connected with any obligation imposed to the costumer. This card does not impose any obligation of buying to the costumer. The costumer is entitled to cancel the usage of the card in written form  in any time by returning the card in the nearest Cosmetics-market commercial facility. The effective date of cancellation is the moment of MPM’s receiving notification on cancellation as well as returned the card. Once the card is cancelled the adventages offered to the costumer can not be used anymore.
The company MPM is entitled to cancel the usage of the card to the costumer with written notification submitted to the latest address identified by costumer, in any time and without providing the costumer with arguments. The costumer is obliged to submit in written form any change of personal data to the nearest Cosmetics-market commercial facility.
MPM retains the right to, without prior written notification, suspend the services offered by Beauty Friend card and all the terms incurred from it thereby not undertaking any responsibility for possible errors in the process.
In case of loss or robbery it is neccessary to inform immediately the nearest Cosmetics-market commercial facility and a new Beauty Friend card will be issued to you. Unless you don’t do so, MPM does not assume any responsibility for unused points on the lost or stolen cards.
How do you collect points on the card? In order to collect your points, you need to show your Beauty Friend card while performing purchase before scanning on the check-out counter (that is before the collection of payments by sensing of bar codes of the items).The value of your card os transformed immediately in certain number of points. More detailed information about the value of point and the advantages for which you change your point, as wel as limitations, you will find in commercial catalogue and on web site  www.cosmetics-market.com.
How to exchange the points for advantages? The costumer can exchange the collected points for the current advantages provided by Cosmetics-market Beauty Friend programme.  After you collect appropriate number of points you can use them already during the next purchase. It is enough to tell the cashier, while showing Beauty Friend card,that you want to make use of the collected points.In order to get a discount the user is obliged to give his or her Beauty Friend card to cashier before the beginning of scanning process(that is before the collection of payments by sensing of bar codes of the items).
MPM informes its costumers that it will use given personal data for the purpose of internal promotion(analyzing of frequency of purchase,quantity and type of products).Personal data of the costumer are kept in E form in information system of MPM. All personal data will be deleted from information system the moment MPM receives written form information from the mentioned costumer saying that he or she does not want to use Beauty Friend card anymore.
By signing an application form Beauty Friend costumer accepts this rules.In case of the change the above mentioned rules the costumer will find them in Beauty Friend catalogue or at the web site www.cosmetics-market.com. If the costumer does not agree with the given changes,he or she can simply terminate the contract according to the rules on the cancellation of the card.
